Professions

LDF have been assisting the professions market with tailored funding solutions for over 20 years.

We understand that when it comes to practice finance, you need a solution as individual as you.

We can assist in financing a broad range of practice requirements, including:

• Tax, Corporation Tax and LLP
• VAT
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Practicing Certificates
• Disbursements
• Expansion and Relocation
• Refurbishment
• Equipment Purchase
• Vehicles

Corporate

Investing in new assets keeps your business moving in the right direction.

Whatever your asset requirements or industry sector, LDF can assist you in delivering a financial solution to help you spread the cost of purchase over a typical 3-5 year term, supporting you to secure the equipment you need when you need it most.

We also assist many corporate and SME's to fund the cost of other costly business expenditure such as Corporation Tax and VAT. These short term loans available from 3-12 months help you accommodate these regular but costly spikes within your cashflow.

Education

Enabling your school or college with access to the right level of ICT and educational facilities is key, but as budgets continue to shrink, this has become increasingly challenging.

Our operating lease facilities are designed to help you make the most of your allocated budgets by allowing the cost of essential procurement to be split over a more managable term.

For more information about our operating lease facilities and how they could assist your school, contact one of our Education Team today on 01244 525406.

Healthcare

Keeping your practice up to date with the equipment and facilities required to support exemplary patient care is nothing short of essential.
